We decided that we would be different and celebrate Rosh Hashanah. It is the Jewish New Year. We invited some of our close friends and had a variety of activities, including: Pin the star on the Rabbi and draddle making. We also ran around in a circle singing "Hava Nagila".

All in all it was so much fun and we completely enjoyed being different for a night.

A Sadder Day.

With new changes and new beginnings comes stress. Stress meaning scared of too many things changing at once. I was completing ready and excited to leave michigan.... not that I am doubting my decison, just a little terrified of what is to come. I can't help but miss a good friend.... a best friend, whom I haven't heard from in a while. I'm trying to be a grown-up woman here, but sometimes, it is just plain hard. It's hard without your best friend. What do you do? You try your hardest to adapt to your surroundings, be strong, and try not to lose who you are in the process.

Salt Lake City

Being out west is completely different than Michigan. I still can't get used to it, a little stressful! I am in a place where I can't find my way around, not to mention that I don't know anyone! On the upside, it's beautiful. Who can walk out their door and see mountains down the road? I love it.
